I haven't been sleeping well, so last night I broke down and took a Seroquel. And I slept. And today I feel like I'm moving through Jell-O. Yes, I know Seroquel isn't a sleep aid, but it's about the only thing that puts me to sleep and keeps me asleep more than three or four hours. Some blue, some clouds today. Out there, it's 39˚F, feels like 22˚F. In Birmingham, it's 57˚F, with an expected high of 65˚F. In Atlanta, it's 58˚F, also with an expected high of 65˚F. Yesterday, I proofed "Hydrarguros." It took two hours.

I did other stuff.

There was RP in The Secret World (I still do that, and I do too much of it; I just don't write about it here much.)

We watched three episodes of The West Wing.

Groggy as fuck, because last night I resorted to taking Seroquel for the first time since I stopped taking Seroquel, back in November. But my body had reached a point where I had to sleep.
